Site Supervisor (SSSTS) – Restaurant Fit-Out Project – Bournemouth
We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for a 3-week restaurant fit-out project in Bournemouth, due to start within the next 3–4 weeks.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with SSSTS certification who can oversee site operations and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently. A non-working supervisor is preferred, although we would also consider a skilled labourer with SSSTS and previous site supervision experience.
Project Details
- Location: Bournemouth
- Duration: 3 weeks
- Start Date: Within the next 3–4 weeks
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Project Type: Restaurant fit-out
- Rate: £200-£220/shift (Negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme and quality standards
- Conduct site inductions and maintain site records
- Liaise with the project team and report on progress
Site Team
The project will involve a small team consisting of:
- Builder
- Electrician
Requirements
- Valid SSSTS certificate (essential), CSCS card and First Aid
- Previous site supervision experience preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage site health & safety
