We’re currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join a major £25m data centre fit‑out project in Hemel Hempstead.
You’ll be working directly with the Main Contractor, taking full responsibility for delivering the project through to completion.
Key details:
- High‑value (£25m) data centre fit‑out scheme
- Long‑term contract (18 months)
- Immediate start available
- Strong site presence required (5 days/week)
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale fit‑out or Data Centre projects
- Strong leadership
- Ability to manage programme, cost, and quality on fast‑paced builds
- Data centre experience is desirable, but not essential
