We are seeking an experienced Interim IT Procurement Specialist to lead procurement strategy and commercial negotiations for a large-scale digital transformation programme.

This is a hands-on role focused on managing complex software licensing and supplier agreements, ensuring commercial arrangements are future-proof and deliver long-term value.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement and tender processes for software and implementation partners
  • Negotiate high-value software, SaaS, and professional services contracts
  • Review and optimise licensing structures to drive cost efficiency
  • Ensure suppliers are commercially aligned with delivery expectations
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support technology investment decisions


About You

  • Proven experience in enterprise software and SaaS procurement
  • Strong track record negotiating complex vendor agreements
  • Expertise in licensing models and large-scale renewals
  • Experience sourcing professional services and implementation partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
