We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Crawley that is looking to add a Project Manager to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially aware individual looking to build a long-term career within a successful and expanding business.

The successful candidate will oversee projects from order stage through to completion, ensuring delivery targets, budgets and customer expectations are achieved. You will work closely with production, engineering and operational teams to ensure projects run efficiently and on schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects across the business
  • Coordinate timelines, resources and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Resolve issues and manage project risks effectively
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  Requirements
  • Previous experience within a Project Manager or Project Coordinator role
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering or a technical environment preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management systems
  • Proactive and professional approach
