What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate electrical estimates for tender submissions

Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and scope documents

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing

Identifying risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities

Supporting bid submissions and attending tender meetings when required

Collaborating with pre-construction and operational teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E or building services sector

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel

Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documentation

Solid commercial awareness and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Relevant electrical qualifications or trade background preferred
Benefits
